         Tura Polytechnic, Tura, offer the Three (3) years Diploma Courses in 1.Computer Application 2.Medical Electronics 3.Food Processing & Preservation in Tura Polytechnic, Tura.

         Tura Polytechnic is one of the Government polytechnics located within 5kms from the main town of Tura and 323Kms away from Shillong. Students who study in Tura Polytechnic can avail hostel facility for both boys and girls within the institute campus. Students also avail stipend during the course of study in Tura Polytechnic. Minimum qualification for admission into diploma courses in Tura Polytechnic is 10th pass from a recognized board.

NOTICE

         Result for admission into 1st (First) Semester (CA/MET/FPP) of Tura Polytechnic, Tura will be announced on the 24th June 2024. Date of enrollment of selected candidates will from 25th June 2024 to 5th July 2024.

         Students who are to be selected for admission to the Institute for the academic session 2024-2025, have to produce the following documents.

1.      Medical fitness certificate obtained from any Government Medical Practitioner (Format available to download @ websites)

2.      Affidavits (3 in 1 affidavits) Students who will stay in hostel will have to produce another affidavit with matters relating to hostel rules.

3.      Anti drug Declaration form to signed by the Students(Format available to download @ websites).

 The payment of Rs. 4797/- ( Rupees Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Seven) only

can be deposited directly into the Institute (SBI) Account No. 10669936308  IFSC-Code:SBI0007332.  Or  UPI ID: turapolytechnic@sbi.

Hostellers are also to pay Rs. 1100 (Rupees One Thousand and One Hundred) only for

admission to hostel to the same SBI account no. mentioned above. (*** Outstation students will be given preference for hostel accommodation subject to the availability of seats). Students are hereby asked to submit their counterfoils bearing Name(s) in (Block letters), department and mobile no. to the Institute websites www.turapolytechnic.in

         Students are hereby informed that they are to produce all the original documents for verification on the day/ date of interview. If any of the documents submitted on-line found to be fake or invalid, the institute authority will cancel the right of claim of the Student/ Candidate for the seat in the institute.

* Admission fees and hostel fees once paid will not be refundable.

Upgradation against vacant seats will be done only subject to the availability of seats.

         *Last date for payment of admission and hostel fees is 5th July 2024.
